Overview
Welcome to the Grand Emporium. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Grand Emporium. The Grand Emporium distributes exceptional collections from memorable brands. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver our products and services to you (the "Services").
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them (the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
1. Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage are doing so with your consent.
To use the Services you may be asked to provide your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. You represent that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.
2. Our Products
The Grand Emporium carries pieces from carefully selected brands. Each product is produced by the brand behind the collection and fulfilled to order.
We have made every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device's display settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your specific expectations or appear exactly as depicted.
All product descriptions are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit availability to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. The Grand Emporium reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we send you a confirmation email, at which point a contract comes into existence between you and us.
We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting — because all items are produced and fulfilled to order, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once production has begun. If you wish to cancel, contact us at clientservices@thegrandemporium.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible while your order is still under review and production has not yet started.
If we are unable to accept your order — for example, because a product is no longer available or a pricing error has been identified — we will notify you and refund any payment already made.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges, except where shipping is provided on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, in which case duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost for most destinations.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that charges incurred will be honoured by your card issuer or bank.
Prices in our store may differ from prices offered in any other store or channel. We may offer promotions from time to time governed by their own terms. Where promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms govern.
5. Production and Delivery
Products carried by the Grand Emporium are produced and fulfilled to order by the brands behind each collection. Production typically takes 3–7 business days for standard orders. Once production is complete, your order is dispatched and shipping begins.
Shipping times are separate from and in addition to production times, and vary by destination. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
We ship to most countries worldwide via a network of trusted international carriers. For most destinations, shipping is provided on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost. In some remote areas, local customs fees may still apply upon delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property
Our Services — including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, and the design, selection, and arrangement of these elements — are owned by the Grand Emporium or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
The Grand Emporium's name, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. The collections and products we carry remain the intellectual property of their respective brands. You must not use any of these without the prior written permission of the relevant owner. All other trademarks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.
No use for training artificial intelligence. You may not use any content or material made available through the Services to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models, whether for personal, academic, or commercial purposes.
7. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
You may be provided with access to tools offered by third parties as part of the Services. These tools are provided "as is" without any warranties or endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
Our store may also contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. If you leave our Services to access third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
8. Relationship with Shopify
The Grand Emporium is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with the Grand Emporium. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and the Grand Emporium. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with the Grand Emporium.
9. Privacy
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Notice. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Notice.
10. Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, or reviews (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to your Feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your Feedback.
11. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on the Services containing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not:
(a) use the Services for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (c) infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others; (d) harass, defame, or harm any person; (e) transmit false or misleading information; (f) send spam or unsolicited promotional material; (g) impersonate any person or entity; (h) upload viruses or malicious code; (i) reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services; (j) collect personal information of others; (k) use any automated tool, robot, spider, or artificial intelligence agent to access the Services; or (l) interfere with or circumvent any security or authorisation features of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate any part of these Terms.
13. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, civil unrest, terrorist attack, war, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, carrier disruptions, or customs delays. We will notify you as soon as practicable if such an event affects your order.
14. Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY THE GRAND EMPORIUM, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GRAND EMPORIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Grand Emporium, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
19. Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements.
20. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms without your consent.
21. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the applicable law of the country in which you reside.
22. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
